The London Boxing Club/Victoria Athletic Association is a nominee for the 2022 British Columbia Amateur Boxing Hall of Fame It is one of nine nominees including Chester Douglas, Danny Thompson, Larry Carney, Paul Lemay, Rodger Laflamme, Terry Cooke, Troy Taylor, and Wayne Welsh. The four administrators that will decide the inductees are: Brian Zelley, Joe Pendry, Justin Pagani and Mehran Hotstuff. 👍💖❤✨💕💕😍👍👍💖❤. THE HISTORY OF THE LONDON BOXING CLUB GOES BACK TO THE EARLY SIXTIES Two major events were hosting the 1964 Vancouver Island Boxing Championships and in its final major event was hosting a English Boxing Team VS BC Open Junior Boxers which included 1984 Candian Olympic bronze medal winner DALE WALTERS. 💖❤😍✨👍👍👍💕🤞✌❤🎁🎁 Victoria The Victoria Athletic Association replaced London in August 1976 and for the earlier years trained and held events at the Quadra Recreation Centre which was operated by the VAA. Boxing Coaches were Lou Bujdoso, M8ke Caird and Brian Zelley, and Ian Duddy was the VAA President and boxing manager. Some early boxers would be Wayne Crowe, Gary Robinson, and Cliff Ballendine
